Themis Bar Review™ Announces Compatibility with e-Reader and Tablet Devices

CHICAGO, December 7, 2010 (EON: Enhanced Online News) – Themis Bar Review (www.themisbar.com/), the leader in online bar exam preparation, has recently announced that certain components from its various courses will now be compatible with most e-readers and tablet devices.

Beginning in January, students enrolled in Themis courses will have the ability to access their substantive law outlines directly from their device for free. Themis continues to expand the e-learning features within their program and plans to offer additional course advancements for the July 2011 courses.

“Cross-compatibility was very important to us,” said Ellen Sass, Director of Technology. “We wanted to make sure that our students could take advantage of this new feature regardless of whether they own a Kindle, Nook, or iPad.”

Themis was built by a team of veteran bar review executives committed to developing a superior review course. The focus of this commitment was in the use of technology in the development of a revolutionary teaching methodology and the creation of their Integrated Learning System™. The result is a powerful suite of Multistate and State Specific study resources specifically structured around established e-learning principles proven to increase memory retention and cognitive recall. Within this system, Themis has created an interactive bar review course that is truly customized to each student’s needs, delivering the tools necessary to pass the bar exam in an easy-to-use format, with the added benefits of flexibility, convenience and unparalleled personal service.

Themis Bar Review continues its expansion of course offerings and will offer bar exam preparation for the following 18 jurisdictions by July 2011: California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.

Since launching in 2008, Themis has increased its full-service bar review courses to include 75% of all US exam takers.
