PASS OR YOUR MONEY BACK AND A FREE REPEAT GUARANTEE

At Themis, we are dedicated to providing students with the most comprehensive, personalized, and effective online bar review course for just $1,495. We also understand the value of delivering successful results. Our track record of bar exam success proves that the Themis methodology works – just take a look at our pass rates and student testimonials.

In the unlikely event that you sit for and are unsuccessful on the bar exam, Themis offers a Money Back Guarantee PLUS a Free Repeat.

To be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee, you must:
(1) Be enrolled in a Themis Full Bar Review Course for the administration of a 2013 bar examination;
(2) Be a first-time bar exam taker;
(3) Have received a JD from an ABA-accredited law school; and
(4) Complete 75% or more of all substantive tasks within the course, as measured by Themis.*

To be eligible for a Free Repeat of the same course, you must:
(1) Be enrolled in a Themis Full Bar Review Course for the administration of a 2013 bar examination;
(2) Be a first-time Themis taker;
(3) Provide documentation that you actually sat for and were unsuccessful on the bar exam; and
(4) Take the next scheduled bar exam immediately following the course and in the same jurisdiction.

In the event that you take two Themis courses to prepare for concurrent bar exams, you may repeat either the primary full bar review course, or the full bar review course plus the same supplemental course. Students will not receive a second set of materials for the repeat course. If a new edition of materials is available for the second course, you must pay any applicable shipping fees.

All claims for a free course repeat or refund must be received by Themis by emailing info@themisbar.com and within 30 days of receiving your bar exam results. Your refund claim must include official score report documentation from the applicable state bar committee stating that you sat for and were unsuccessful on that bar exam.

*All assignments must have been completed within approximately the amount of time allotted in the Themis schedule for each assignment. By definition, substantive tasks include all lectures, practice MBE and essay questions, milestone exams, and graded essays. Themis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to offer the Pass or Your Money Back Guarantee to any student that Themis believes did not complete the required 75% of the substantive tasks with due diligence and in good faith.
