National Enrollment Policies

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: You may cancel your enrollment in a Themis Bar Review course at any time by sending written notice of your cancellation to [email protected].

If you cancel before the availability of online bar review course content, you are entitled to a refund less any non-refundable payment, shipping fees, and applicable taxes. Non-refundable payments include:

  • $295 registration fee;
  • $450 Tech Package Upgrade fee (purchase price of iPad);
  • $500 Access Fee for activation of the UWorld MBE QBank
  • $25 ABA Premium Membership fee;
  • Gift Card Value: If a bonus gift card has been issued upon enrollment, your payment will be applied to offset the face value of the gift card.

In the event that you directed Themis Bar Review to bill your employer and were issued an iPad before the payment is processed, cancellation of the course enrollment will require return of the unopened device at your expense or payment of $450 plus shipping costs and any applicable sales tax.

In the event that a third party made payment for the bar review course, that third party will be entitled to any refund issued.

No refunds will be issued after the availability of online bar review course content. Online bar review course content is defined as access to any portion of the bar review course (including UWorld's MBE® QBank).

Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Course materials must be returned at your expense and received by Themis Bar Review before any refund due will be processed.

ADMIN FEE:
If you are not eligible for the Themis Guarantee, but will be sitting for the same jurisdiction as your original enrollment, you are eligible to receive course access for the new administration with a $795 administrative fee ($995 for LL.M. If you take a full Themis Bar Review course for another state’s exam, you are eligible to receive a $1,000 discount on the base price of that particular bar review course. This alumni discount is valid for up to five (5) years from the date of the original course.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING POLICIES INVOLVING AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:
Upon enrolling in a Themis Bar Review course that involves automatic payment schedule(s), you authorize Themis to charge the credit card provided for the initial amount as indicated by the promotional deal opted into by you.
